Rate Limits
All good comes with some limitations, in our case it is the twitter api rate limits.
It is important to check from time to time if we are being rate limited by twitter. If that's the case we will be indicating it with our avatar images.
On normal bot behaviour, when we are not rate limited and we can take user's requests to process alerts, the avatar used is the following:
